The Mill: Artists’ Lofts NY is located at 39 Front Street by the creek and is situated on the banks of the beautiful Hudson River in the artist haven town of Beacon. It is undergoing extensive rennovations and will be one of the Jewels in the Hudson River.   It was purchased in 1996 by Robert Chiulli and is undergoing extensive rennovations.  More than 3.4 million has been invested in restoration of the mill buildings on top of the purchased price. The exterior has over 12 acres with 200,000 square feet of commercial space, a creek and a community garden with benches and tables to enjoy which are all part of the extensive landscaping being constructed.
